ordered one, and your account name and password.

(First Part Month) When we receive notification from Telstra of the
service connection date we will debit your nominated bank account/credit
card with pro rata charge for the current month applicable to the
Telstra advised connection date (plus seven days to allow for delays).
Monthly Access Charge:
(Subsequent Months) will be debited on or about the first working day of
each month after the first full month of installation until the contract
is terminated. The billing cycle after the first pro-rata month will
ALWAYS be from the 1st working day of each subsequent month to the last
working day of each subsequent month.
Excess Usage Charges:
will be debited on or about the first working day of the month following
the month in which any excess usage charges were incurred.

commences the billing cycle for all charges (after the initial pro rata
charge) will be one calendar month beginning on the 1st of the month.
Applying For ADSL Using The On Line Service
You can apply for a
Network Solution ADSL service on line by selecting the ‘click here’ link
at the bottom of this page. By ordering on line, rather than by email or
by fax, your application will be processed a little quicker and without
any transcription errors which even the most careful data entry
personnel make from time to time. This is why Network Solution only
accept applications made on line by the applicant.
You must complete each
section of the order form and you must enter data in to all the fields
that have an asterisk (*).
Once you have completed
the form you will have the option to print out a copy for your records
and you will also receive an automatic confirmation email setting out
the steps that will be taken to activate your ADSL service.
Once you have applied on
line you can check on the progress of your application by going to
User/Applicant section of this site, clicking on the “Application
Status” button and entering in your telephone number. It will take from
2 days to 5 or 6 days for this service to become active as Telstra’s
time to acknowledge new applications is variable.
